8.4 Orders & Payment

8.4.4 Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

8.5 Delivery

8.6 Returns & Cancellations

8.6.1 Due to safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used Products cannot be returned.

8.6.2 Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

8.6.3 Returned Products must be unopened and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

9.2 Where disputes cannot be resolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before court proceedings.
