Shipping and delivery

Where do you deliver to? We deliver to the United Kingdom of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) and Northern Ireland (UK).

What shipping courier do you use? We use Royal Mail’s services. Delivery depends on availability, and we reserve the right to use third-party couriers. The Royal Mail Tracked service includes full online tracking to monitor the parcel’s progress. SMS/email recipient notifications are provided, and Safeplace nomination is also available if you are not at home.

Can I change my delivery address? We offer shipping to an address other than the billing address. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only send to the billing address or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details, contact us immediately, and we will try to amend them. The delivery address cannot be changed if the order has been dispatched.

Can someone else sign for my parcel? Royal Mail Special Delivery requires somebody at the delivery address to sign for the package; it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security. Any signature at the address will be taken as proof of delivery by us. However, once a delivery is obtained at the address, we cannot be held liable for packages misplaced or lost after the signature is recorded. Please select an address you consider safe for delivery if you cannot sign in person.

Why is my parcel delayed? We are sorry to hear that your parcel is delayed. The quickest way to solve this is to visit the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com/track-your-item), where the latest status in Track your item will be the most up-to-date information.
