aesPlla® Collagen Stimulator

aesPlla® is a Poly-L-Lactic Acid-based (PLLA) and collagen stimulator. This injectable is formulated with a biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic polymer, stimulating collagen production to help volumize and smooth the skin. The bio-stimulatory treatment gradually corrects the appearance of shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies and facial wrinkles. You may observe subsequent results from four weeks post-treatment, and the effects can last up to 3 years.

TREATMENT AREAS: This product addresses shallow to deep facial wrinkles, nasolabial folds, temples, cheeks, deep dermal deficiencies, marionette lines, sagging jowls, and scarring. However, aesPlla® is NOT recommended for use in the tear trough, lips/peri-oral, neck, hands, and nose.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT PROTOCOL:

• Dissolving time: 3 hours
• Add 5ml of sterile water for injection, using 18G needle
• Must be injected within 72 hours of reconstitution
• Recommended technique: Linear Thread Technique
• Recommended consumables: 18G sterile needle + 1/3ml syringe to withdraw
• 26G cannula or needle to inject
• Inject into the deep dermis / lower layers of dermis/layers of hypodermis
• Shelf life: 21 months

AFTERCARE: Massage the skin for 5 minutes, five times daily, for five days post-treatment.

RESULTS: For optimal results, completing two to three treatment sessions four weeks apart is recommended. Initial results may be visible around four weeks after treatment as the skin produces new collagen. A renewed glow and gradual volume restoration will follow this. The longevity of treatment results exceeds that of hyaluronic acid fillers, lasting up to three years.
